Dear Friends,
A fairly optimistic article from an unlikely source: A British Paper. I assume the British are rarely optimistic but, perhaps, I do so wrongly. Furthermore, the article may not really be all that optimistic. It is a level-headed, "this-too-shall-pass" sort of thing, for which, I guess, the British are famously known. Whatever.
